We only use fresh, high-quality milk products and beet sugar from producers in
Baden-Württemberg for our dairy ice cream specialities. Not only does this make
sense ecologically, but it is also the difference that you can taste.

Vanilla and chocolate ice cream are still two of the most popular ice cream flavours.
Which is why we spent so long working on our recipes so that ice cream lovers who live
a lactose-free or vegan diet can also enjoy the delights of this unbelievably creamy ice
cream pleasure. Gluten-free as well, of course. As with all our other ice cream creations,
we make sure we work to the highest quality, obtain our lactose-free milk from
Baden-Württemberg and use naturally pure gourmet chocolate from Original Beans and
real Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar.

Want to enjoy fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream the vegan way? Our vegan version is based on an almond drink that we manufacture ourselves, tastes like our traditional vanilla ice cream, and convinces even sceptics with its incomparable melt.

The very Special Kick

Take a fruit sorbet by martosca with you on your first date, and
you‘ll instantly show that you have taste and cause endless feelings
of happiness – which, incidentally, also applies to vegans and
allergy-sufferers.

Naturally vegan, lactose and gluten-free, our sorbets also guarantee
that pleasure-lovers who enjoy a balanced diet can also experience
unlimited ice cream enjoyment.

Only the best for everyone

Whereas 25 % is usual, our sorbets always have a minimum fruit content of 60 %
and more. The only exception to this is our lemon sorbet, which contains 30 % direct
juice (not concentrate). So you can be absolutely sure that we only use 100 % pureed
ripe fruit, and never use flavouring pastes or other additives. The high proportion
of fruit also has the added benefit that, thanks to the natural content of fruit sugar,
we are able to add less sugar. And that is exactly why our sorbets taste of pure
fruit and nothing else.

Children aren‘t the only ones who love our creamy dairy ice cream
with the extra helping of fruit. And thanks to the exceptionally high fruit
content of 30 %, it is even healthier than you might think.
